What is expected from you?

As a marketing intern, you will join our marketing team with executing communication plans for the organization.

We value creativity, so your ideas will contribute to our growth. You will be given more responsibility as you progress, and once you are up to speed, you will be able to take on some of our projects and test your leadership skills.

We are looking for an intern to join the Marketing team who can meet the following responsibilities:

Social media guru: creating awesome content for our Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages
Email master: crafting newsletters and promotions using Mailchimp
Visual wizard: designing stunning graphics using Canva, Photoshop and Illustrator
Web whiz: improving our website's content and SEO strategy
Copywriting champ: writing engaging and persuasive copy for various marketing channels
Data detective: analyzing data from Google Analytics and social media platforms to inform our decisions
Marketing maestro: helping us develop and execute a kick-ass marketing plan
Project pro: managing tasks and deadlines using Slack and Google Drive

What are we looking for?

We are a group of motivated collaborators (but you can call us friends 😉) and are looking for a passionate individual to strengthen our team. Ideally, you recognize yourself in the description below:

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience with social media strategy, creating GTM plans, etc.
You are fluent in English.
You are flexible and thrive in a startup environment.
You are highly organized and have no problem respecting timelines.
You can work independently as well as in a team.
You have a can-do attitude towards challenges and love learning new skills.
You have a strong sense of ownership and a proactive mindset.

And here's the fun part: We have a hybrid work structure with 2 in office days and 3 remote working days. To ensure that we maintain a tight-knit team, attendance in the Brussels office (on Wednesdays) and Leuven office (on Fridays) is mandatory.
