WHERE? The venue we're hosting our evening is called STELPLAATS. This cool, edgy building is an old depot of De Lijn, and creates the perfect environment to talk about Smart Cities. Other than being the place to be on the 28th of November, Stelplaats also serves as a project, a platform, a catalyst and a living lab for the youngster scene in Leuven.
